Temporary Sales Consultant at Coricraft Group Pty Ltd

Coricraft Group Pty Ltd is ready to employ  a charismatic and skilled Temporary Sales Consultant to approach potential clients and inform them of our products and services. The Sales Consultant is also responsible for building good relationships with new and existing clients to try and ensure their business in the future.

We are looking to employ a Dynamic, high performing Sales Consultant at our Mall of Africa Branch. If you thrive in retail sales, commission, and a fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Sales maximization
  • Maintain and increase sales
  • Ensure staff are aware of new stock and can answer product related questions
  • Ensure no quotation remains on the system for more than 7 days
  • Ensure available stock is pushed and sold
  • Ensure targets are met and business growth ensured
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded
  • Ensure that all customers are receiving service of the highest quality and standards
  • Ensure all queries have been attended to
  • Ensure that all customers have been contacted and that follow up notes are made on individual orders
  • Ensure all Coricraft values are lived and for all staff to attain the level of excellence required
  • Basic administration

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience and competencies required:

  • Matric
  • 2 years’ retail sales experience in a Furniture/ linen/ Homeware environment
  • Sales qualification advantageous
  • Computer Literate
  • Knowledge of Syspro


  • Good communication skills
  • Good people skills
  • Good administration skills
